Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In case of stock shortages or issues during preparation, the customer will be notified via the email provided.

We ship to the European Union excluding Spain.
Available shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: 5 to 12 business days.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed and calculated at checkout before completing the purchase, based on destination, weight/volume, and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

5. Deliveries and Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery, reshipment will be subject to payment of new shipping costs.
Once the order is in transit, it is not possible to modify the address. For changes prior to dispatch, please contact korvirox@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If the package arrives damaged, you must notify us within a maximum of 24 hours after delivery.
8. Receipt and Inspection
We recommend inspecting the package externally at the time of delivery.
If you notice visible damage to the packaging or signs of tampering, note it on the carrier’s delivery slip and document the issue with photos of the package and label.

9. Cancellation Before Shipping

If the order has already been prepared or shipped, the customer must cover the shipping cost. Afterwards, a return may be requested within the first 14 business days after receiving the order, with return shipping costs also borne by the customer.
